General Terms and Conditions

You should register on the portal first to start availing yourself of the online services offered by iBmotors.
Online services will be open to you only after you acknowledge the receipt of the registration confirmation email.
We invite you to visit your account on the Portal frequently for transacting business. If you believe that any information relating to your account has a discrepancy, please bring it to the notice by iBmotors email or letter.
The customer/another stakeholder should keep his/her ID and password strictly confidential and should not divulge the same to any other person. Any loss sustained by the customer/another stakeholder due to non-compliance of this condition will be at his/her own risk and responsibility and iBmotors will not be liable for the same in any manner.
iBmotors have the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer without prior notice.
iBmotors or Dealership will not be responsible for the delay, loss, or non-receipt of online booking information or any other form of submission not contemplated herein.
iBmotors reserve the right to change the variants, variant names, and specifications at its discretion and will make reasonable efforts to keep the Customer informed before the completion of the sales process.
iBmotors or its Dealerships will not assume any liability for any inability or failure on their part in executing any order registered by any Customer on account of any causes, constituting a force majeure or otherwise, beyond their control.
In the event of the demise of the Customer, the booking allotment/retention stands are canceled and will be refunded as per refund terms mentioned, to the nominee on the production of original documents as stated by the dealership.
In any case of dispute, inconvenience, or loss, the Customer agrees to indemnify iBmotors and its Dealerships.
Any dispute relating to enforcement, interpretation, or application of these terms and conditions will be subject to Courts to the exclusion of all others.
iBmotors reserve the right to alter any terms and conditions or the process itself clause at its sole discretion as and when considered necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep customers informed as soon as possible.
By BOOKING online via this website the customer/s accepts and agrees to the above terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification. Booking under this scheme is optional.
The Customer/s is requested to thoroughly read and understand specifications, features of iBmotors, motoring their choice.
The price, specifications, and features of iBmotors are subject to change without prior intimation and at the discretion of iBmotors.
Delivery of the products of iBmotors is subject to availability at the selected location. In case of non-delivery of the products of iBmotors, the Booking shall be deemed as canceled.
In the case of delivery of the products, iBmotors cannot return or refund the payment. Product once delivered cannot be returned.
